Notice on Requiring No Construction of Civil Defense Works for Supporting Facilities of Industrial Land Construction Projects

All district civil defense offices and relevant units:

To further optimize the urban atmosphere for business operation, no civil defense works will be required in the supporting facilities for industrial land construction projects with the approval of Shanghai municipal planning authority. The request for the construction of civil defense works equivalent to 7‰ of land area in industrial land construction projects in the Notice on Trial Implementation of the New Standard for Calculating the Area of Supporting Civil Defense Works in Shanghai Municipality (HMFG [2018] No. 1) will be suspended. This Notice becomes effective as of the issuing date.
